Through the use of interactive exercises and discussion\, we will explore the role that civility plays in the Rules of Professional Conduct\, the price we pay for incivility\, the benefits we gain when we are all more civil\, and some strategies to foster civility in your practice. Participants will be provided a framework to develop practices that promote compliance with the Rules of Professional Conduct\, improve the practitioner’s quality of life\, protect clients’ interests as well as the bottom line\, and enhance the administration of justice. \nBeing Your Best with More Energy and Mental Clarity \nPresenter: Dr. Kristen Allott\, Optimizing Brains for Decision-Making\, Creativity\, and Health \nThe minds of legal community have already been vetted for their productivity and clarity of thought.
