Mayra Colazo (she/her/ella), Executive Director
Mayra serves as the Executive Director of Central Washington Disability Resources, where she leads programs and initiatives that support independent living, advocacy, and community inclusion for people with disabilities across Central Washington. She brings extensive experience navigating multiple service systems and working directly with diverse communities, including BIPOC, immigrant, and rural populations. Mayra is passionate about strengthening leadership and self-advocacy within the disability community. Through her work and community involvement, she helps advance accessibility, equity, and opportunities for people with disabilities and their families.
