Client Grievances or Complaints

At CDCVAS, we care deeply about your experience and want to make sure you feel respected, supported, and treated fairly. If you believe something about your treatment or experience with our services did not meet our standards, please use this form to share your concern.

This process is for issues related to how you were treated — not the outcome of your legal case or the advice given by an attorney. While we understand that outcomes are sometimes difficult, this form helps us focus on improving the quality of our services and ensuring everyone feels valued and heard.

Any person who has been refused service by an attorney for the Chelan Douglas County Volunteer Attorney Services Program, or any person who has a complaint about the way service was provided to them, is entitled to have the complaint reviewed in accordance with the following rules:

  • It shall be the duty of the employees of Chelan Douglas County Volunteer Attorney Services to inform persons who complain of the services rendered to them of their right to have their complaint reviewed and the process involved.
    • Any grievance must be in writing and include the names of the parties involved, date of the incident (if possible) and clearly state the reason for the complaint.
    • All grievances must be submitted to: CDCVAS Leadership Team, 900 Ferry Street, Wenatchee, WA 98801.
    • The complaint will be reviewed, the client will be interviewed, and a staff member or attorney will be involved. 
  • All complaints will be reviewed within a reasonable period of time after they are made.
