Eloise Barshes

Co-Director
Since 2015, Eloise has been a guiding force at CDCVAS, driven by her passion for connecting needs with solutions. She believes that with support, guidance, and patience, people can create better lives for themselves and their communities. Eloise is proud of CDCVAS’s growth, from expanded services and bilingual team members to deeper community engagement and support. With a background in organizational leadership, social work, and public health, Eloise’s work fosters collaboration with clients, staff, community partners, and donors. Her commitment to lifting others embodies the spirit of CDCVAS.

In April 2026, we adopted a Co-Directorship model grounded in a simple truth: this work is bigger than any one person. It requires shared leadership, diverse perspectives, and a commitment to lifting up those most impacted to help lead the way forward.
