She believes that with support, guidance, and patience, people can create better lives for themselves and their communities. Eloise is proud of CDCVAS’s growth, from expanded services and bilingual team members to deeper community engagement and support. With a background in organizational leadership, social work, and public health, Eloise’s work fosters collaboration with clients, staff, community partners, and donors.
